Topical Use

Face Mask:
Sea moss gel can be used as a natural face mask. Apply the mixture to your clean face, leave it on for about 30-40 minutes, and then rinse with warm water. This can help hydrate and nourish your skin.

Hair Mask:
To use sea moss as a hair mask, mix the gel with conditioner and apply it to your hair and scalp. Leave it on for 30-40 minutes before shampooing and conditioning your hair as usual. This can contribute to hair moisture, health and growth.

Storage

Sea Moss Gel – keep refrigerated. Consume withing 3 weeks of receiving it. Thereafter, place any remaining sea moss gel into an ice tray cube tray and freeze, whereby it will last for an additional three months. Simply use 1-3 ice cubes daily.

Dry Sea Moss – Keep in a dry cool place.
